In European religious architectural projects, the integrity of space, the stability of structure and construction efficiency are often the core elements that clients pay the most attention to. Recently, TOPINDUS successfully customized and delivered a batch of Prefabricated Flat Pack Container Houses for a client from Greece to build a church. This project not only has extremely high requirements for space, but also puts forward clear demands on installation speed and overall structure.
At the early stage of the project, the client clearly expressed his idea: the Prefab House needed to be freely spliced together to form an open and continuous large space. No redundant columns or supporting structures are expected to appear indoors. Meanwhile, the installation process should be as simple and efficient as possible to shorten the construction period. Based on these requirements, after thorough communication between our technical and sales teams, we recommended TOPINDUS 'mature and widely popular Flat Pack Container House to the customer.

The spliced design creates an open church space
One of the greatest advantages of the Mobile Flat Pack Container House lies in its modularity and splicability. This series of houses adopts a stable steel structure frame design. Under the premise of ensuring the overall load-bearing capacity and safety performance, they can be horizontally or vertically spliced according to project requirements, easily combining into large-span Spaces. For public buildings like churches, the transparency and overall sense of the interior space are particularly important. Through reasonable splicing and combination, the interior of the house can achieve a spacious, bright and column-free effect, meeting various usage scenarios such as church worship and gatherings.
The pre-installation of the roof and floor significantly enhances the installation efficiency
To further meet the customer's requirement of "quick installation", TOPINDUS completed the overall pre-installation of the roof and floor before shipment. This means that after the products are transported to the project site, there is no longer a need for complex basic assembly work. During the on-site construction process, it is only necessary to use a crane to hoist the main structure into place, and then quickly install wall panels, doors and Windows and other accessories, and the overall assembly can be completed. This installation method not only significantly reduces the on-site construction difficulty but also notably shortens the project cycle, making it highly suitable for overseas projects with high construction period requirements.
Overall transportation is carried out to avoid the risk of losing scattered parts
Unlike traditional disassembled houses, TOPINDUS 'Flat Pack Container Modular House is transported as a whole. All core structures and components are rationally integrated and packaged together at the factory, significantly reducing the risk of parts omission or damage during transportation. This is particularly crucial for cross-border transportation projects. Customers need not worry about issues such as lost parts, model confusion or on-site rework, ensuring that the project can proceed smoothly and stably.
Efficient container packing solution, reducing logistics costs
In terms of logistics and transportation costs, this Flat Pack Container Modern House also performs well. Take a 20ft size as an example. A 40HQ high container can exactly hold six houses, with high space utilization and convenient loading and unloading. This packing solution not only enhances transportation efficiency but also effectively helps customers control overall logistics costs, making the project more controllable within the budget.

Customized services facilitate the implementation of overseas projects
From demand communication, solution design, to production, packaging and delivery, TOPINDUS has always adhered to the customer demand-oriented approach, providing flexible and efficient customized services. This Greek church project is yet another successful practice of our experience in modular construction, rapid installation and overseas delivery.
