In the second half of 2025, TOPINDUS just completed a custom order for a two-story triangular steel structure house from a French client. From structural design, material selection to installation guidance, all were customized and designed based on the actual usage requirements of the client. The total construction area of this project is approximately 35 square meters. The overall structure adopts a triangular design, which takes into account aesthetics, practicality and structural stability, and is suitable for various environmental conditions.

As can be seen from the on-site installation pictures, the entire main frame is made of high-strength steel structure, which is precisely processed in the factory and then transported to the site for assembly. Steel structures have advantages such as strong load-bearing capacity, stable structure, and long service life. At the same time, they possess excellent wind resistance and seismic performance, making them highly suitable for the diverse climate conditions in France. The sloping structure of the triangular house also helps to disperse wind force and rain and snow, further enhancing the overall safety and durability.

During the installation process, the customer first completed the fixation of the foundation and the bottom steel structure frame, and then gradually built the columns, roof inclined beams and the overall triangular roof framework. It can be clearly seen from the picture that the frame is closely connected, the nodes are clear, and the overall structure is stable and reliable. After the roof and wall structures were installed, the peripheral sealing panels and interior construction began.

The interior wall panels are made of bamboo and wood fiberboard, which is both environmentally friendly and decorative. It has a natural surface texture, is easy to install, and also has certain moisture-proof and soundproof properties, making it very suitable for use in the interior Spaces of residences. From the on-site photos, it can be seen that the wall panels are neatly joined together, and the overall space is simple and bright, providing a good foundation for the subsequent soft decoration and functional configuration.

This Customized Triangle house is a two-story design with a high space utilization rate. The staircase is installed indoors, which not only saves outdoor space but also enhances the overall safety and privacy of the living environment. The second floor space is planned as a bedroom area, making full use of the height advantage of the prefabricated triangular house to create a comfortable and layered living space. The first floor can be flexibly used as a living room, a leisure area or a small kitchen to meet basic living needs.

Throughout the entire project process, TOPINDUS provided the client with complete and detailed installation drawings and structural descriptions, including the installation sequence of steel structures, connection node diagrams, and installation details of wall panels and stairs, etc. During the actual installation process, the customer provided feedback that the drawings were clear and easy to understand, and the steps were well-defined. Even without complex construction equipment, the overall assembly could be completed smoothly, significantly saving installation time and labor costs.
